Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Beach Haven Jewellery, however if you have a change of heart, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you are eligible to receive a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of your order. 


  We do accept refunds if:


  • You request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is faulty - if this is the case please contact us immediately and provide 2-3 clear images of damaged product. hello@beachhavenjewellery.com.au
  • The item was bought at full price.
  • The item is not earrings. 


We do not accept refunds on the following: 


  • We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
  • Gift vouchers.
  • All sale items purchased are final and non refundable, unless the item is faulty.
  • Items purchased using a discount/promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty.  


Returns Cost: 


  • The cost of shipping for return is to be covered by you and the cost of shipping on your original order is non-refundable. 


Returns Processing:

All return items will be inspected once received and it remains at the discretion of Beach Haven Jewellery as to whether the item is eligible for a refund based on the conditions above. Once we have received and approved your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48hrs. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account.  


How to return an item:

  1. Lodge your return enquiry by contacting us at hello@beachhavenjewellery.com.au, including your reason for refund, your name and your order number.
  2. Take the package to your local post office in its original packaging and return to sender.
  3. Once we have received your return please allow up to five days to receive your refund after we have inspected and approved your returned item/s.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We work hard to dispatch your orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Please allow longer during public holidays, customised orders and holiday seasons such as Christmas & New Years.

Australia Post Standard: 5-7 business days

Australia Post Standard: 3-10 business days

Australia Post Standard: 3-10 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number link, if you cannot see this email please check your spam or contact us at hello@beachhavenjewellery.com.au

If your order is delayed

Once we have shipped your package any shipping delays are completely out of our hands. Please contact Australia Post before contacting us if you are experiencing shipping delays.


Beach Haven Jewellery is not responsible for any packages lost in transit, damaged in transit or delays. We will not replace any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
